Shipping requirements.
How to ship product to our facility, what to include with the shipment, and how completed goods are released back to your carrier.
Customer is responsible for
- Shipping products to American Label Group
- Providing labels, components, and packaging materials
- Providing cartons and dunnage
- Providing return shipping labels, carrier account information, pickup instructions, Amazon FBA labels, or retailer routing instructions
American Label Group does not
- Booking freight on behalf of the customer
- Purchasing freight or shipping labels
- Coordinating freight payment with carriers
- Guaranteeing carrier transit times
- Releasing unpaid orders
Inbound shipments.
Help us identify and route your inventory the moment it arrives at the dock.
- Products must be clearly identified with company name and project reference
- Customer name and project reference should be visible on outer cartons or BOL
- Include a packing slip when available
- Include all labels, cartons, inserts, components, and special instructions
- Palletized shipments should arrive on standard 48×40 pallets when possible
- Loose cartons must be strong enough to survive return shipping if reused
Outbound shipments.
Completed goods, unused components, and excess materials are released using customer-provided shipping instructions.
- Completed goods are released only after final payment is received
- Customer must provide a return shipping label, carrier account, pickup instructions, FBA labels, or routing guide
- Unused labels and components may be returned separately if requested
- Additional handling may apply for separately packed unused components
Final billing is based on actual production and handling. Orders must be paid in full before release.
